START WITH THE ESSENTIALS
Help people understand
what you do.
A customer should be able to find your services, see relevant work and know how to reach you. We build focused websites for small service businesses, independent professionals and training providers whose first priority is a clear online presence.
If your business currently relies on a social profile, your website can bring your approved information together under a domain you control. If you already have a site, we first discuss what needs improving and whether a redesign is worthwhile.
01 / CONTENT
The right pages.
A Website Launch project starts with up to five informational pages. A typical structure is Home, About, Services, Work and Contact. The final structure follows your customers’ questions.
You supply approved text, logo and images. Copywriting, photography, extra languages and additional pages are scoped separately.
02 / DESIGN & BUILD
Made for everyday use.
Responsive layouts, readable type, clear navigation and contact links help visitors use the site on phones and larger screens. We check keyboard navigation, labels and the agreed page layouts before handover.
Two consolidated design and content review rounds are included in the starting scope.
03 / LAUNCH
A considered handover.
Page titles, descriptions, canonical URLs and a sitemap provide the search foundations. We deploy to the agreed hosting account and provide source files and handover notes.
Search rankings are not guaranteed. Domain, hosting and ongoing maintenance costs are agreed separately.
WORK YOU CAN EXPLORE
See the approach
for yourself.
This Elaichix website is our own studio project: explore its navigation, mobile layout and project pages to see our design approach. It is not presented as a client commission.

Need a working tool beyond an informational website? Our fictional Service Desk demo shows booking stages, appointment conflicts and changing report totals. Accounts, persistent records, payments and integrations would need a separate scope.

HOW WE WORK
From a brief to a usable website.
- Understand the business. Share your audience, services, existing website and the action you want visitors to take.
- Agree the scope. Confirm pages, content responsibilities, features, budget, review rounds, timing and acceptance criteria in writing.
- Design and review. Review the proposed page layout with your actual content before the agreed revisions.
- Check and hand over. Check links, contact actions and responsive layouts; deploy to the agreed account and explain how updates will be handled.
Questions before you start
How much does a small business website cost?
We quote after reviewing the page count, available content, design requirements and features. Ask for a written breakdown of the build, domain, hosting and any recurring maintenance. Our Website Launch scope explains the starting deliverables and exclusions; it does not publish a fixed price.
How long will the project take?
We agree a schedule after reviewing the brief and content readiness. Missing text, images, account access or delayed approvals can affect delivery. We confirm review dates and dependencies before work starts.
Can I update the website myself?
If regular self-service editing is important, tell us during discovery. An editor or content management system needs to be included explicitly in the scope. Source-file handover alone is not a visual editing dashboard.
Can you add online booking or payments?
Yes, these can be assessed as separate work. A booking system needs rules for availability and cancellations; payments need an appropriate provider, account access and testing. These features are not included in the informational Website Launch scope.
Will my website appear on Google’s first page?
No provider can guarantee a first-page position. We include the agreed technical search foundations, but indexing and ranking are determined by Google. Useful content, relevant evidence and continued improvement matter after launch.
What happens after launch?
You receive the agreed source files and handover notes. Ongoing changes and maintenance can be covered by a separate Monthly Care arrangement, with the allowance and response targets agreed in writing.
