We build websites, apps and tools, connect workflows with automation and AI, and develop small robot prototypes. One practical problem is a good place to start.
Project scope A scoped website, editable source files and an agreed handover.
02
Apps
Put an idea in someone’s hands.
Android and web apps for learning, services and everyday business tasks. Start with the essential user journey, then build and test the features around it.
Project scope An agreed app build, testing and release preparation. Store approval is handled by the platform.
03
Custom tools & dashboards
Software that fits the way you work.
Internal dashboards, booking tools, inventory interfaces, reporting and administrative workflows. Replace repeated manual steps with a tool shaped around your team.
Project scope Defined workflows, agreed integrations and a usable handover.
04
Industry & business automation
Connect the process, not just the screens.
Automation projects for offices, education, retail and industrial operations: data collection, production or inventory reporting, connected-device monitoring and system-to-system workflows.
Project scope Process discovery, a scoped pilot and phased implementation. Equipment connections and on-site commissioning are agreed after a technical assessment.
05
AI integration
Make useful knowledge easier to reach.
Add document search, assistants based on approved business information, document extraction or language features to an existing workflow. Choose local or hosted processing to suit the project.
Project scope A tested integration with agreed data access, review steps and running-cost estimates. Outputs are evaluated against real examples before rollout.
06
Mini robots & connected prototypes
Take the idea off the screen.
Small desk robots, interactive displays and connected-device prototypes, from enclosure concepts to software integration and a working demonstration.
Project scope A feasibility study and prototype milestones. Components, fabrication, physical testing and delivery are quoted separately where needed.
07
Maintenance & ongoing improvements
Keep the useful things working.
Content changes, bug fixes, dependency updates and performance improvements for projects we agree to maintain.
Project scope An agreed support scope and schedule. New features, third-party charges and response times are defined in the proposal.
For industrial machinery, control systems and safety-critical work, specialist engineering, site requirements and acceptance testing must be part of the agreed scope. We begin with feasibility before committing to a full deployment.
HOW WE WORK
A clear path. Room to get it right.
Understand
Discuss the task, who uses it and what a useful result looks like.
Agree
Define deliverables, milestones, costs, ownership and acceptance criteria.
Build & test
Review progress together. Test a pilot against the agreed workflow.
Hand over
Deliver the agreed files, documentation and training, with support scoped separately.
These are Elaichix projects, not client testimonials or evidence of a completed industrial installation.
LET’S START WITH THE PROBLEM
What would you like to make easier?
Tell us what you want to build or improve, who will use it, your existing tools or equipment, and your preferred budget and timing. We’ll discuss feasibility and the next steps before a commitment.
Or write to support@elaichix.com. Please leave passwords, private customer records and confidential files out of the first message.
How much will my project cost?
Pricing follows the agreed scope. Hosting, AI usage, hardware, fabrication, travel and third-party subscriptions are identified separately where applicable. No fixed price or delivery date is promised before assessment.
Can you automate an entire business or industrial workflow?
We can discuss a broader programme, starting with process mapping and one useful pilot. Each system, equipment connection and rollout phase needs defined access, testing and acceptance criteria before expanding.
Who owns the code and project accounts?
The proposal defines source-code delivery, ownership, third-party licences and account responsibilities before work begins. Keep control of your business accounts; access should be limited to what the project requires.
